Destination Asia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groups Leisure Consultant to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing exceptional service, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Job Purpose: As a Groups Leisure Consultant, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure all reservations meet client requirements efficiently and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to group inquiries concerning reservations, ensuring all requests are handled within 24 hours.
  • Prepare proposals, itineraries, and quotations for all group requests, and follow up on confirmations, amendments, or cancellations.
  • Coordinate with business partners (hotels, airlines, trains, buses, ships, suppliers) to secure the best offers from vendors.
  • Track and manage any pending group requests, amendments, postponements, or cancellations, ensuring accurate bookings.
  • Input group reservation data and ensure all cancellations and amendments are updated in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle pre-payments or deposits for non-credit bookings and coordinate with the accounting team for client payments.
  • Maintain and update group calendar and reports as required.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the Groups Leisure Supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • A diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in reservations and quotations.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tourism products.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong administration skills.
  • Team player with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Leisure Manager, Operations Manager, Accounting Team, Product Team.

External:

  • Suppliers, airlines, trains, buses, ships, hotels, golf clubs, travel agents, and customers.
