Responsible for supervising and managing construction projects (Budget and timeline) from start to finish, makes sure store ready to be handed over to operation.

This role will involve coordinating multiple stakeholders, being tied to project timelines, cost budgets, design and quality standards, as well as ensuring the successful delivery of overall project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for pre-on site activities to make sure all preparation are set and not left behind to prevent obstacle during on site.
  • Monitor on site activities and daily progress based on drawing, plan, safety SOP and budget.
  • Follow up monitoring post on site to get project budget closed as per timeline.
  • Collaborate to build block tender with procurement.
  • Make sure implementation for health and safety specification comply.
  • Actively get understanding, confirming and build communication, and relationship in professional way.
  • Able to work with timeframe, planning, and comply SOP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as construction project manager, preferably with the retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, electrical and techniques, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Have analytical thinking in project budget.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools to facilitate planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Problem solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
