Job Opportunity: HR & GA Manager

Position: HR & GA Manager (Manufacture Industry)

Working Arrangement: WFO (Monday to Friday)

Location: Jl. Raya Serang No.KM 16.8, Talaga, Kec. Cikupa, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten 15710

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law or Psychology
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in HR software/HRIS
  • Familiar with handling matters related to Depnaker (Employee Department) and BPJS
  • Experience in managing labor unions and developing Collective Labor Agreements (CLA/PKB)
  • Experience in handling internship programs
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws
  • The balance between office management and people-oriented approach
  • Strong agility, analytical skills, communication, empathy, compassion, and discretion
  • Experience in General Affairs (GA) management, including facility management (security, cleaning services, clinic, canteen, surrounding neighbor relations, etc.)
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Tangerang
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written)

Job Description:

  • Manage industrial relations, including employee disputes, internal communication, grievance handling, hiring, and termination
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and management
  • Maintain communication and good relations with government institutions and regulators
  • Oversee company compliance with Indonesian labor laws and manage industrial relations activities
  • Act as a liaison between employees and the company by socializing corporate policies and ensuring smooth employee relations
  • Maintain employee records and update the HR information system
  • Conduct HR administrative duties, such as managing healthcare (BPJS Health & Ketenagakerjaan), issuing reference letters, and permits
  • Oversee office asset maintenance and ensure operational readiness
  • Ensure the availability and proper management of company facilities for employees
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Provide HR policy guidance and operational efficiency support
  • Offer expert advice and support on industrial relations matters
  • Develop and implement industrial relations policies and procedures
