Role Description

This is a Part-time on-site role for a Trainer of People Analytics for HR located in South Jakarta. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on people analytics for HR professionals, developing training materials, and assessing training needs within the organization. The Trainer will also work closely with HR teams to implement people analytics strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of People Analytics and HR processes
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making
