We are seeking a highly qualified Local Content (TKDN) Specialist with a robust background in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry to join our Supply Chain Management Team. The ideal candidate will possess a certification in TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) and have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with local content regulations and enhancing our commitment to local economic development.

Job Description:

  • Procurement Process: Support Procurement process by preparing the TKDN calculation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to TKDN regulations and other local content requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and legislative changes. This include planning, execution, and monitoring of progress against established goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote local content initiatives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation to demonstrate compliance with local content requirements and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding and implementation of local content strategies within the organization.
  • Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as TKDN Specialist.
  • Must have a valid TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) Verifier Certification for Upstream Oil & Gas Industry Indonesia from DirJen Migas.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
  • English B2 (Upper Intermediate) Level.
