We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Executive – Marketing Strategy to lead and execute marketing initiatives in the MENA region. This role is not limited to influencer marketing but extends to holistic marketing strategy development, service packaging, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, industry trends, and consumer behavior, combined with critical thinking and business acumen to craft compelling service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Service Packaging:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to MENA market dynamics, integrating influencer marketing, digital media, and brand partnerships.

Design and package marketing services effectively to create scalable, high-value offerings aligned with client needs.

Translate business goals into actionable plans that drive brand growth and audience engagement.

  • Market Research & Trends Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research on consumer behavior, emerging technologies, and market shifts within the MENA region.

Identify and capitalize on emerging platforms, content trends, and digital innovations to stay ahead of industry developments.

Provide strategic recommendations backed by data and competitive analysis.

  • Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization:

Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and measurable impact.

Manage collaborations with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to optimize marketing efforts.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and develop data-driven insights for future improvements.

  • Client & Talent Management:

Act as a strategic consultant to clients, advising on marketing frameworks, content strategies, and partnership opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with regional thought leaders, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Ensure all marketing initiatives align with cultural and regulatory requirements in the MENA region.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the global team to synchronize regional efforts with overarching brand strategies.

Prepare and present high-impact strategy decks and business proposals.

Deliver post-campaign reports with key learnings, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

3+ years in marketing strategy, digital marketing, business consulting, or account management.

Preferred: Background in consulting firms (e.g., ex-Accenture, ex-MarkPlus) or strategic marketing roles.

  • Core Skills:

Marketing Strategy Development: Ability to create and execute high-level marketing plans.

Understanding of Technology & Trends: Strong grasp of digital platforms, AI, and evolving consumer behaviors.

  • Service Packaging & Business Acumen: Expertise in structuring and pricing marketing solutions to maximize value.
