About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Xiaomi Indonesia as an Area Retail Manager. In this full-time role, you will oversee the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within a defined geographic area, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. Candidates must be willing to be placed and relocated across Indonesia as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage people development processes, including recruitment, productivity monitoring, performance assessment, and employee development.
  • Lead the Merchandiser team to ensure alignment with RR HQ standards.
  • Drive channel acquisition based on Expansion Team analysis.
  • Communicate and coordinate with distributors regarding the LDU order process.
  • Ensure the implementation of operational activities (LDU / POSM) aligns with HQ standards.
  • Oversee RMS system usage for expansion and operational activities.
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy for all IR channel assets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the retail industry or FMCG business.
  • Proven ability to lead a regional team in sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out activities.
  • Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics, area development, retailer networks, and open market strategies.
  • Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Target-oriented with a strong process-driven approach.
  • Proactive, highly initiative, and enthusiastic.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
