Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manufacturing Quality Management to lead data processing initiatives within our production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and manufacturing systems to optimize and innovate across all stages of the production cycle. This role will focus on harnessing data to improve decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing performance.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies for collecting, storing and integrating production data from various sources, including sensors, IoT devices and production machines.
  • Analyze large sets of production data to uncover trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Generate actionable insights to inform process optimization and innovation.
  • Use predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis to anticipate issues in the production process and propose proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with production team to analyze product defect patterns and develop predictive models to reduce defect rates.
  • Familiar with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Able to give insight and improvement from data of the production process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Data Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, or process optimization within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 1 - 3 years experience.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation tools, IoT Devices and manufacturing execution system (MES).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Intermediate - advance in English (written & speaking).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team.
  • Willing to work in Cikarang area.

In order to prevent from recruitment scams:

1. Don't respond to unsolicited offers from people you don't know

2. Don't disclose personal or financial information to anyone you don't know

3. Check for grammatical or spelling errors in the document as these are often a warning sign of fraud

4. Beware of employers or agents using webmail email addresses such as @Yahoo @Hotmail or other free webmail domains

5. If you are asked for anything from a recruiter on behalf of us, please contact the local police as this is most likely a scam.
