Responsibilities

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Previous work experience 3+ Years in similar or related role
  • Strong problem solving, prioritization skills, detail oriented, a high level of accuracy is mandatory.
  • Strong presentation skills, negotiating, self-organized and able to deliver results with minimum supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability, collaboration skills and team work oriented, experienced working in fast paced environment
  • Good understanding of business concepts and the application of technology in real world scenario which provides real value for our customers, hands-on experience in design, implementation, delivery and support of IT projects.
  • Familiar with Enterprise scale IT technology, or IT core financial system
  • Well proven experience in preparing RFP (request for proposal) and Technical Proposals and manage POC (proof of concept)
  • Preferably have previous experience and exposure in working with ERP, CRM, Biller, E-Commerce, Loyalty Rewards, Mobile Applications, E-Materai, OTP Authentication
  • Previous experience working with configuration of on-premises and/or Software as a Service (Cloud) with Data oriented architecture, Databases, Micro services environment is very preferable.
  • Wide circle of acquaintances within the IT Industry, preferably have solid background in SaaS Based Providers/Principals, IT System Integrator, IT Distributor

Requirements

  • Analyze and complete business requirements from large and complex client environments and perform required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on client requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries within time limitation (i.e RFP, POC)
  • Able to work in a fast paced and high stress environment
  • Prepare accurate scope of work, cost estimates for professional services, and good negotiation skills
  • Regular direct engagement with existing clients to ensure our products and services meet their requirements, able to look for opportunities to upsell and/or tech refreshments
  • Review project scope / project contract, check detailed SLA is aligned with our capability to deliver (legality)
  • Develop overall solutions, including high-level design, statements of work, pricing, and service design.
  • Coordinate with Business team, Project team, and Engineer team
