Job Description
- Identify potential business opportunities by onboarding clients for the acceptance of SPaylater (leasing and refinancing motorcycle and car).
- Provide comprehensive assistance to merchants throughout the entire acquisition process, from onboarding to activation.
- Oversee and expand the network of offline merchants through marketing initiatives and strategic collaborations to promote SPaylater (leasing and refinancing motorcycle and car), thereby driving revenue and profitability.
- Foster effective coordination with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, operations, legal, finance, tax, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously identify business opportunities to enhance SPaylater (leasing and refinancing motorcycle and car) products, with a focus on both business-driven and customer-oriented initiatives. Evaluate current and potential challenges, and work to improve the customer and merchant experience to drive more volume.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field. Highly motivated, team player, and target-driven individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, proactive and driven both in English and Bahasa.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a leasing company is a plus point.
- Able to multitasking, prioritize, manage time efficiently, detail-oriented. strategic thinking and team player.
