About the job:

Local Opportunities:

  • Develop and manage client executive relationship in banking Industry.
  • Prospecting: Identify a project, which will be able to create value for Client and match with Synpulse capability.
  • Point of contact for new local business opportunities.
  • Process and manage new business requests, working closely with the Managing Director.
  • Organize initial contacts and follow up with opportunities.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and propose potential projects to Synpulse management.
  • Work together with the Synpulse’s global sales team in closing deals.
  • Prepare management reporting and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain personal network with the financial industry.

Account management:

  • Maintain top management relationships with local clients.
  • Escalation point for client concerns.
  • Overall responsibility for the success of local projects.

Team management:

  • Responsible for recruitment and ramp up of the business development team.
  • Make sure of suitable team composition and availability.

About you:

  • University graduate with degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Know-how of B2B sales strategies.
  • Track record in business development and sales to the financial industry in Indonesia (preferably with tier 1 banks and/or insurance companies).
  • Ability to establish business relationships with client’s top-level management.
  • Strong understanding in Banking Business, ideally in Retail banking, SME Banking. Private banking is a plus.
  • Prior management consulting experience is a plus
  • Experienced in Managing PreSales - Sales/RFP - Contract Negotiation till Collection
  • Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
