Job Description
- Plan, design, execute and evaluate fraud investigation strategies, including the creations of rules and triggers to detect and prevention fraud while also monitoring risks and implementing preventive measures
- Oversee Fraud Investigation and Operation units with key areas in fraud application screening, transaction monitoring and fraud investigation
- Identify fraudulent and high risk applications and/or transactions, perform fraud analysis, monitor fraud trends in the market, prepare Fraud Investigation and Intelligence reports throughout Traveloka business portfolios and recommend anti-fraud strategy updates
- Responsible for fraud performance metrics and the overall operational smoothness of fraud operations. Optimize and ensure efficiency and quality of Fraud monitoring and investigation operations
- Familiarity to crisis and business continuity management in their BU/product
- Lead the recovery process during incident/crisis that is heavily related to their mission (including coordination with multiple stakeholders and making decisions)
- Provide insights on emerging fraud trends based on internal data and stay updated and connected with the same industries, technologies and regulatory changes related to fraud prevention
Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Fraud Investigation/Management in unsecured personal loan/credit card/paylater. Some experience in card payments fraud and/or chargeback handling is highly appreciated.
- Minimum 3 years managerial role with highlights in operational excellence
- Strong understanding of OJK regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in STEM from a reputable university.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Have experiences in data handling and detail oriented
- Fluency in English both in written & verbal
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentially
