  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Acquiring new hub by performing all related activities, including property lead sourcing, site survey, and liaising with Landlord for all relevant matters (legal documents collection, price negotiation, agreement signing, etc.)
  • Supporting certain Hub Setup activities (local contractor liaison, renovation handover QA) as necessary
  • Supporting Hub Acquisition Team Lead in any other matters as necessary
  • Managing, supervising and coaching several team members to achieve monthly acquisition targets.
  • Key Responsibilities: Site Surveyor & Acquisition, Property Sourcing, Renovation Management, Landlord Management, Negotiation, Contract & Legal Support

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from Psychology or Human Resource Management or other related major
  • Have experience as an HR Generalist for 1 - 2 years
  • Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in Sunter and willing to work from the office
  • Willing to do mobile working
  • Willing to be under contract based by 6 months
