Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including policy changes, beneficiary updates, premium adjustments, reinstatements, and claim inquiries, while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies, and developing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently, collaborate with the customer service team to address service gaps, and monitor feedback to implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams for seamless policy management, serve as a liaison between policy owners and the company to address concerns and provide solutions
- Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for automation and improvements, stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt team strategies, and lead initiatives to implement new tools or technologies for enhanced service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as Policy owner services in Life Insurance industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Having professional designations such as AAMAI (Asosiasi Ahli Manajemen Indonesia) or FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute)
