Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible to prepare regular Risk Management reports and support in performing day-to-day risk management. These activities will support Risk Management function to perform the activities and implementation of risk management as required by Regulator.

  • To perform the day-to-day Risk Management activities, consist of risk identification, risk assessment, control and action assessment, and monitoring & reporting process
  • Manage the operational risk incidents and breaches, provide review and challenge the submission from departments and identify areas for process and control improvement
  • Manage all Risk Management periodic / ad-hoc tasks and timely deliveries of all reporting both internally and to external or Regulator
  • Monitor and manage the Company’s Key Risk Indicators (KRI) or risk position against risk appetite and risk tolerance.
  • Assist Head of Risk Management in preparing reports to Management, Risk Monitoring Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee, or other Committees as required.

Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Risk Management or Audit or Compliance from Financial Institutions or Banking
  • Having good analytical skills and able to articulate a complex problem clearly and effectively
  • Strong Ms. Excel skills
  • Having good communication skill, good in verbal and written English
  • Proactive and initiative
  • Having Risk Management related training or Actuarial professional certificate will be an advantage
