  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

This position is for PaxOcean Group a Shipyard Company based in Batam, a company under Kuok Group Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all HSE and quality aspect are met.
  • Planning and distribution of work processes for dock operator in docking dept. According to the program, daily meeting priorities and supervisors instructors
  • Ensuring all work processes for are performed according to the required standards and within required time, setting targets accordingly.
  • Ensuring housekeeping in maintained at required level.
  • Motivate, train and develop subordinates.
  • Operate the dock according to docking schedule
  • To follow the safety rules and regulation set refer to occupational health & safety policy and environmental policy by the yard.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with the related job scope
  • Vocational/technical high school certificate
  • Candidate must have related/similar experience as Dock Operator in shipyard company
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Good communication skills to be able to liaise with colleagues and customers
  • Attention to detail
