Job Description

  • Analyze historical data to create accurate staffing forecasts and schedules.
  • Design, maintain, and automate operational reports/dashboards for stakeholders by utilizing analytical tools (SQL, Sheet, Looker, etc).
  • Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data for workforce planning and operational process optimization.
  • Ensure timely adjustments to staffing and schedules to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) roles, such as forecasting, scheduling, or real-time monitoring.
  • Have good analytical skills, can think critically, possess systematic improvement project mindset, and can work independently or in a team.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL in a professional setting is required.
  • Good communication skills: able to translate and process business requirements into actionable tasks and able to present analysis and improvement projects to stakeholders.
  • Willing to work on site.
