About The Team:

Our team is dedicated to driving the success and visibility of retail brands. We are a collaborative and innovative team that thrives on delivering impactful strategies to our partners. Your primary focus will be on creating strategic business plans, providing insights, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of brand strategies.

Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish Indonesia TikTok e-commerce Retail Enabler Content & Affiliate ecosystem evaluation system, including target setting, budget planning, business strategy development, business data supporting etc.
  • Optimize retail content evaluation models, build and monitor key indexes based on business focus, and provide data-driven insights to boost overall retail content scenario performance.
  • Initiate in-depth business analysis for collabrated creators, including multiple solutions for products, traffic, content; and implement solid operational methodology for creators' growth.
  • Deeply understand the cooperation mechanism for creators-brands, and assist the operation team to formulate relevant incentive and management strategies with periodic optimization.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (data analytics, creator management, marketing and brand growth) to drive the planning, coordination and execution of campaigns and activations from local content perspectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of working experience in eCommerce, digital content, product strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting background is preferred
  • Exceptional knowledge of TikTok and passionate about internet culture
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems independently
  • Highly organized, proactive project manager: adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously. Hyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partners
  • Candidates should be comfortable analyzing data and producing sophisticated strategy and analysis for a variety of audiences. They should be comfortable composing research memos and internal presentations to secure internal buy-in for strategic and programming decisions
