Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

- Developing new business and partnerships opportunities
- Identify new business or partnerships potentials
- Develop and assess business feasibilities
- Develop and structure desired business model
- Manage implementation project end to end, including business model, budget, product development, system requirements, sales structure etc
- Manage relationship with partners to ensure business sustainability
- Coordinate with related departments and stakeholders including technology, operations, and business to develop strategic and tactical solutions to achieve business growth objectives
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategy continuously to ensure the business growth and target achievement
- Continue explore business opportunities and viable income streams within partners
- Managing existing business
- Become sales management lead in Sharia distribution channel including sales strategic planning, action plan execution and performance monitoring.
- Develop sales plan for activation, incentives, promotion materials, etc
- Coordinate with Sharia operations and IT team to establish and maintain Sharia sales monitoring system and dashboards
- Involve in Distribution channels strategic discussions and initiatives
- Develop strategic plan on how to achieve sales target
- Anticipate and attend to any Sharia concerns within Distribution channels, doubts and problems faced by Distribution channels and provide solution to overcome the problem
- Coordinate with Distribution channels to provide supports in their activities, initiatives and events
- Responsible for execution, completion and delivery of special projects initiatives within the Distribution channels
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of managerial level in insurance or banking
- Knowledge:
- Fluent in English both writing and verbal
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
