  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities
  • To manage product quality issues and communicate with Program on customer requirement.
  • To conduct inspection data analysis and define the top problem and conduct meeting to ensure corrective measure is implement
  • Assist in the compilation and analyze of quality performance for submission to management for review and discussion
  • Assist in conducting Internal Audit
  • To ensure quality inspections/ improvement activities are being conducted
  • To generate quality related work instruction.
  • To perform failure analysis on the returned products, monitor the RMA status and documented the RMA report
  • To review the ECN and the implementation, Project Management Plan, Manufacturing Assembly Instruction and Manufacturing Test Instruction.
  • Leading the team to investigate the root cause of internal problems or customer feedback and leading the team to make corrective and preventive actions. Compile the result into 8 Discipline Report

Qualifications
  • Able to perform FA activities
  • Internal Auditor/ Lead Auditor 9K
  • Able to ensure that effectiveness implementation of Preventive and corrective action
  • Able to handle customer feedback with 8D Report.
  • Good communication skill in English (written and verbal)
  • Able to perform SPC, MSA, FMEA and other Quality Tools
  • Understand International standards Certified Quality Management System ISO9001, ISO14001, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610
  • Proficient with Ms. Office or related software and able to read product assembly drawings.
  • Knowing about 7 QC Tools
  • Experience handling customer on the quality requirement and quality issue
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review the ECN and the implementation, Project Management Plan, Manufacturing Assembly Instruction and Manufacturing Test Instruction
  • Proven work experience as QA Engineer at PCBA manufacturing and familiar with IPC standard.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Prove work experience handling customer feedback with 8D Report.
