Job Description:

  • Assist the Section Head in planning and conducting Community Development activities within the company’s concession.
  • Lead the team in implementing Community Development programs.
  • Prepare periodic reports on Community Development activities (Weekly, Monthly, Semester, and Annual).
  • Collaborate with relevant parties in executing Community Development programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Social Science or other relevant fields.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in Community Development.
  • Possesses an understanding of social development and community needs.
  • Has experience working with local communities, non-profit organizations, local governments, or the private sector.
  • Has experience in conducting training or workshops for the community.
  • Understands how to design and manage programs in line with budgets, timelines, and set objectives.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and assertive in community development.
  • Able to lead a team and collaborate with other divisions in program implementation.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong team leadership skills.
  • Able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C).
  • Able to work in a team or independently.
  • Honest, disciplined, and innovative.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative to complete work targets.
