Job Description

  • Contribute and drive growth of ShopeePay's app key metrics (Download, Monthly Active Users, and/or Monthly Transacting Users) through strategic analysis, projects, experiments and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment in planning and execution, and secure support to achieve business goals.
  • Effectively manage multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Analyze critical business and marketing metrics to derive actionable insights and propose strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor intelligence, and best practices to inspire creative and impactful initiatives.
  • Support the analysis and optimization of key metrics’ performance through monitoring, experimentation, and establish guidelines for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree any major from reputable university (local/overseas)
  • Should be at least 2 years of working experience, preferably from Industry: ecommerce, finance tech industry, and/or FMCG background and from scope: Newly launched/Strategic Projects, Digital products, On demand food, and/or Homepage Management
  • Fast learner with a proven ability to quickly adapt to new environments and challenges.
  • Data driven, strong analytical, problem solving, and data visualization skills
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong individual contributor, with capability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Have a negotiation skill & comfortable to manage different stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Good team player with positive attitude
