We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Operations Senior Associate (contract based) to oversee and execute key financial processes, including top-ups, settlements, and reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job description and key responsibilities:

  • Monitor top-up alert notifications and ensure timely execution of top-up transactions in compliance with SLA requirements.
  • Maintain and update daily top-up reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Perform accurate and timely settlements for merchants and clients, including reconciliation of transactions.
  • Maintain and update daily settlement reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial records.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and payment partners to resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth financial operations processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial operations, reconciliation, settlements, or treasury.
  • Experience in financial technology and knowledge of payments are preferred.
  • Familiar with internet banking as a maker.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Business fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
