What You'll Do

As a Strategy and Growth Consultant at GetFound, you will work with the brightest minds in the industry. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business success. From market entry strategies to customer acquisition and operational enhancements, you’ll help businesses across various industries improve and strengthen their market presence—both locally and internationally—bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work on high-impact client project teams, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Work side by side with our award winning C-level executives, gaining direct mentorship and insights while developing and executing high impact growth strategies.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance client performance, from optimizing processes to strengthening market positioning.
  • Execute and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring real-world impact beyond just planning.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop impactful strategies that drive measurable growth.
What You'll Bring

  • 1 year of experience in consulting, business strategy, growth, or related fields is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Marketing from a top-tier university is preferred, but we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
  • Fresh graduates with outstanding academic achievements are welcome to apply.
  • Strong ability to execute strategic initiatives and deliver tangible results.
