JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, filing systems, and receipts.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and collection of receivables.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Enter and ensure the accuracy of financial data in accounting software and databases.
  • Calculate hours worked, overtime, deductions, and adjustments for payroll.
  • Handles bi-weekly payroll, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including personal information and tax details.
  • Handle changes to employee status and update payroll systems accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or less than a year's experience are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (MYOB).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
