Loyo & Bondar is a rapidly growing management company specializing in construction, hotel management, and residential complexes in Bali. Due to our active expansion, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee all company operations, ensuring stability and efficiency in business processes.
Responsibilities:
•Full management of the company's operational activities;
•Oversight of construction, property management, and services;
•Leading teams in hospitality, development, finance, HR, and marketing;
•Process optimization, development, and implementation of growth strategies;
•Budget control, expense management, and project profitability oversight;
•Interaction with partners, government authorities, and key clients;
•Implementation and monitoring of quality standards;
•Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Requirements:
•5+ years of experience in the hospitality or real estate development industry;
•Strong strategic and operational management skills;
•Experience leading multidisciplinary teams;
•Knowledge of financial instruments and budgeting;
•Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and a high level of responsibility.
