About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead our client relationships, strategic planning, and campaign execution. The role requires a blend of leadership, strategic insight, and business acumen to drive growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, developing creative solutions, and collaborating with our internal teams to execute successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture strong client partnerships, ensuring trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Develop strategic plans, marketing campaigns, and creative executions across various platforms.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and drive expansion within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet financial objectives.
  • Mentor and lead a team of account managers and executives, fostering their professional growth.
  • Track campaign performance and market trends, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Represent Belalang Studio in client meetings, pitches, and industry events, positioning the agency as a leader in creative services.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related field within advertising, media, or a digital agency.
  • Proven track record of managing high-profile clients, preferably within industries like financial, FMCG, or technology.
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, integrated marketing, and digital trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in pitching and client negotiations.
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
