TILabs Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Advisor with deep expertise in Odoo ERP solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge the gap between technical ERP capabilities and client business needs. As a Business Advisor, you will engage with prospects, understand their pain points, and recommend tailored Odoo solutions that optimize their operations. Your ability to translate business challenges into structured ERP solutions will be crucial in helping clients adopt and maximize the value of Odoo.

Job Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling & Business Process Analysis:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their business models, operational challenges, and software requirements.

• Analyze customer pain points and propose tailored Odoo ERP solutions that align with their business objectives.

• Educate clients on Odoo’s functionalities, highlighting how specific features address their needs.

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design:

• Conduct business process evaluations and demonstrate how Odoo ERP can optimize workflows.

• Work closely with the functional and technical teams to design ERP configurations that match client requirements.

• Present compelling business cases, product demonstrations, and solution roadmaps.

• Project Coordination & Client Success:

• Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with implementation teams and setting clear expectations for clients.

• Provide training, documentation, and best practices to help clients fully utilize Odoo ERP.

• Support clients post-implementation by addressing queries, gathering feedback, and identifying upsell opportunities.

• Sales Performance & Growth:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

• Work towards achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on new Odoo versions, industry trends, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Deep Understanding of Business Processes across multiple industries, including finance, sales, inventory, HR, and manufacturing.

• 3+ Years of Experience in Odoo ERP software, with proficiency in at least three versions.

• Strong Consultative Sales Skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills to interact with clients at all levels, from end-users to decision-makers.

• Experience with Project Management Tools such as Gantt View, Redmine, or other ERP-related tools.

• Logical & Analytical Thinking to propose optimized workflows and process improvements.

• Self-Motivated & Target-Driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP software sales, implementation, or functional consulting.

• Knowledge of SaaS sales models, particularly in Odoo ERP.

• Familiarity with IT service management, cloud deployments, and business digitalization strategies.
