Position: Sales Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand solar energy adoption across various markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends to enhance our competitive edge.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years as a sales manager.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market dynamics.
