We are looking for someone to join our Jakarta team with experience in Human Resources to provide better organisation within our Jakarta offices. Our team is youthful and friendly, so we are looking for someone that can integrate well within our setup, but confident to lead by positive example.
You will report directly to the CEO with updates and targets, so applicants must be confident to relay information and provide accurate reporting.
The main responsibilities are numerous and include:
- Assist with the hiring process, including advertising available roles and conducting interviews
- Help make employment contracts and negotiate salary terms
- Conduct appraisals and set KPIs for staff
- Have a passion for delivering training and aiding staff development
- Monitor staff sales performance and use initiative to help motivate performance
- Help run day to day operations within the business
- Report to CEO staff appraisals, sickness and holiday reporting
- Handle disciplinary matters
- Ensure all offices are in working order and well maintained
- Ensure staff are motivated and being proactive
- Organise monthly team gatherings
- Assist with monthly payroll, BPJS and general tax law.
- Help with financial reporting
