Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Priority Banking Officer at KB Bank located in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The Priority Banking Officer will be responsible for managing high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling loan products, assets and wealth management, also ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Sales and Banking skills.
  • Excellence Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience min. 3 years in Business Relationship Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and products.
