The Role

As our HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in building a high-performance culture that aligns with our core values and helps PT. Interchem Prima Mitra achieve its growth goals. This role focuses on strategic HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR strategies that support our mission to empower Indonesian cosmetic brands in becoming market leaders.
  • Drive talent acquisition, employee retention, and career development programs that emphasize teamwork, integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence that empowers our team to achieve company goals.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure that HR policies are aligned with business objectives and contribute to long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a strategic HR role, preferably in a high-performance, agile environment.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across levels and inspire others.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a commitment to HR excellence and integrity.
