Education and Certifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant and A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022 from a recognized body (e.g., IRCA, RABQSA) is highly desirable.
  • Training Certifications in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022 implementation and training methodologies.

Experience

  • Extensive Experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022
  • Proven Track Record of successfully training professionals on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022 requirements, either through workshops, seminars, or online courses.

Skills and Competencies

  • In-depth Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022 requirements, including management and technical requirements.
  • Strong Communication Skills to effectively convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to engage with learners and address their queries.
  • Ability to Customize Training based on the specific needs of different organizations and individuals.
  • Proficiency in Training Delivery both online and in-person, including the use of relevant educational technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials and programs on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022.
  • Deliver Training Sessions through various formats such as live online sessions, recorded videos, and in-person workshops.
  • Assess Learners to ensure understanding and competency, providing feedback and additional support where necessary.
  • Stay Updated on the latest developments in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022 and related standards, incorporating any changes into the training programs.
  • Provide Practical Guidance on the implementation and auditing of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022, sharing real-world examples and best practices.
  • Maintain Professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and learners.

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and schedules of learners.
  • Ability to Travel if in-person training sessions are required.
