What You'll do

As a Corporate Secretary at NNP, You will be responsible for overseeing all company secretarial functions. Compile and review company documents, then stay up-to-date on regulatory changes, efficiently manage documentation, and assist with communications initiatives. Manage the schedules, meetings, and travel of the organization's direction executives and managers. Coordinate activities with third parties, such as notaries and legal consultants. Make sure important information is conveyed well.

What We're looking for

  • Female, max age 27 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administratin, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Corporate Secretary.
  • Have excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to interact actively and speak fluent English.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and administration.
  • Have knowledge of company regulations and laws.
  • Willing to work flexibly when necessary.
