  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

As the HR - Legal at ITAsoft, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with labour laws and regulations. This full-time position will involve providing strategic legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting the HR team to maintain best practices across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related contracts and agreements
  • Managing company permits, corporate documents, labor-related paperwork, and employee agreements
  • Monitoring the expiration of company permits and legal certifications to ensure timely renewals
  • Preparing and submit reports to government authorities as required
  • Handling administrative tasks related to legal and compliance functions
  • Ensuring the company's compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with employee onboarding, termination, and other HR-related processes
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in labour legislation and advising the business accordingly
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR-focused legal role, preferably within the industrial relations and employment law domain
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations applicable
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice
  • Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address legal risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous learning
