Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for GA administration
  • Plan and manage the analysis of budget needs for GA needs which include Security, Drivers, Cleaning Service, and stationery & other office operations.
  • Control company assets and inventory periodically for stock-taking purposes.
  • In charge of the procurement of stationery and other office operational facilities
  • Manage projects related to GA, such as network installation, electricity, etc.
  • Produce reports and work plans for GA
  • Maintain communication with all divisions in the foundation institution
  • Manage CS, security, drivers, and garden (outsorching employees)

Qualifications

  • Minimum S1 all majors
  • Work at SPV GA level for minimum 2 years
  • Have a Certificate of Training ISO 9001, General K3, and Leadership
  • Have good analytical thinking and evaluation skills, discipline, initiative, multitasking, detail oriented
  • Excellent negotiation skills, and able to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to work individually and in a team
