  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you will do:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their seats, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they walk in.
  • Keep track of reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists, ensuring smooth and timely seating.
  • Maintain a welcoming and vibrant environment that aligns with the lifestyle brand of the restaurant.
  • Work closely with the servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Basic understanding of the restaurant’s menu and offerings to answer guest questions and assist with menu recommendations.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, PIK, Bintaro.
