Responsibilities :

  • Conduct stock-taking activities in stores and assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor and track the delivery process of products from the warehouse to stores, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Receive reports and update stock data in the inventory management system.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
