Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Accounting Manager at PT Adi Pragata Logistik located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Tax Accounting Manager will be responsible for tax planning, tax compliance, tax preparation, financial statements, and tax-related activities on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, certification is a plus.

2. 5 years working experience in finance with at least 3 years in managerial level.

3. Have work experience in logistics or forwarder.

4. Understand the knowledge of accounting standards, taxation (Pph & Ppn), financial audit and risk management.

5. Good data analysis, leadership and problem solving skills.

6. Experience in liaising with external auditors and financial regulators.

7. Proficient in using accounting and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).

8 Noted : Working time : Monday - Saturday (Half-day).

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

2. Ensure the accuracy of financial data and transparency of financial reports for internal and external needs.

3. Identify financial risks, including transaction recording risks, and provide mitigation recommendations.

4. Oversee compliance with financial recording procedures to prevent errors or fraud.

5. Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial statement audit process.

6. Ensure all accounting documentation is available and meets audit standards.

7. Prepare financial reports for regulators, such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) or tax agencies.

8. Develop accounting systems that are reliable and fit the needs of the company.
