  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Guest Relations at Shelter Island Guesthouse in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to guest relations, communication, customer satisfaction, customer service, and training.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Training experience in a hospitality setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
