Job Description:
  • Oversee and manage KPI performance tracking for Fiber Connectivity Solutions projects, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze project data, ensuring accurate reporting on fiber performance metrics
  • Implement project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery
  • Regularly review project status and performance reports, collaborating with team members to develop strategies for improvement
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and management to ensure project objectives are met
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management that summarize project performance and recommendations for adjustments
  • Support the development and maintenance of project management processes, tools, and templates


Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in ISP, fiber infrastructure, or telecommunications
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and reporting, with experience in data analysis
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
