SimpliDOTS is a cloud-based SaaS company that provides an online platform for distributors to simplify the distribution process & automate sales forces.
A Business Development Representative is responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities. This position will be liable to develop, implement and maintain lead generation.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Gather correct customer information during a conversation to make an appointment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.
- Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
- Work closely with Sales Managers / Account Executive & Senior Marketing Manager to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.
- Minimum 1 - 3 year of experience as a Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative / Telemarketing.
- Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Deep understanding about business management software (B2B) technology dan FMCG industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
- Strong negotiating, selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments/ demo.
