Role Description
This is a contract Account Manager role located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in telco product sales
- Deep knowledge of sales pipeline management and complex B2B is a must
- Customer-Oriented and have a Good Business Acumen
- Experienced in handling ICT clients (Government, Enterprise, Banking, Telkom)
- Ability to join immediately
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
