  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Conduct regular assessments of the corporate culture and implement actions based on feedback
  • Manage the culture team to ensure Culture Program are implemented based on timeline and target
  • Analyze and gather insights and feedback from employees, and use this information to drive continuous improvement in the employee experience
  • Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the organization's goals
  • Develop, plan and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees
  • Manage and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Lead implementation of new initiative program to be completed based on timeline
  • Evaluates the impact of relationship between the initiatives and HC metrics indicators


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing communication, or related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to align culture and engagement strategies with business objectives
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing culture and engagement programs
  • In-depth knowledge of employee engagement best practices and industry trends
  • Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of cultural transformation and employee engagement strategies
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate engagement or culture, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Willing to work in: Karawaci, Tangerang
