We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist – Community Marketing to build, nurture, and engage our brand's community. This role is crucial for creating meaningful connections with our audience, amplifying our brand voice, and driving loyalty through community-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

  • Create and manage content to engage and grow our community across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook Groups, Reddit, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions in a timely and authentic manner to foster trust and loyalty.

Campaign Coordination:

  • Plan and execute community-driven campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Organize events such as webinars, meetups, and product launches that encourage participation and create excitement.

Advocacy Programs:

  • Identify and collaborate with brand advocates, ambassadors, and super-users to promote organic growth.
  • Develop programs to incentivize active community participation.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging materials for the community, such as how-to guides, product highlights, promotion announcements, competitions, etc.

Feedback Loop:

  • Serve as the voice of the community, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Conduct surveys, polls, and forums to understand community needs and preferences.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on community growth, sentiment, and feedback for key stakeholders.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the broader marketing, product, and customer support teams to align community efforts with business goals.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all community touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Have 1-2 years of proven experience in community management, social media, or related marketing roles.
  • Experienced in consumer-facing industries (e.g., e-commerce, retail, or FMCG) and/or a passion for the beauty and skincare industry is a major advantage.
  • Experience and/or exposure to serving users in North American and other Western markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms and community dynamics (e.g., Facebook Groups, Discord, Reddit, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative and resourceful, with the ability to initiate and drive engaging community initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Passion for building relationships and creating meaningful connections.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively in a highly multicultural team.
  • Knowing Korean language a plus.
