Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Surabaya Area (Pakuwon Mall). The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell our fashion accessories products at Mimori Pop-Up Store (Pakuwon Mall Surabya), handling inquiries, providing product information, and assisting in the completion of sales transactions.

  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Knowledge of fashion industry trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
