Job Requirements

  • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales team, create sales strategies, and achieve targets in IT manpower professional services or managed services.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients, including building and maintaining a network of contacts within the industry.
  • Managing the sales team, including hiring, training, and setting goals and quotas.
  • Set individual sales targets and develop sales plans to meet these goals
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT sales or technology services sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in selling IT manpower professional services or managed services.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, solution-based selling).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team, while promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of business acumen and the ability to understand and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • In-depth understanding of the IT services and professional services industry.
  • Ability to effectively manage client relationships and resolve issues in a timely manner.
