Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Bali Implant Aesthetic (BIA) Dental Center located in Badung. The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be responsible for communication, marketing communications, writing press releases, handling public relations, and writing various content for the center.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing, branding, and public relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in local language and English).
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and digital advertising.
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to dental services.
  • Strong understanding of branding, customer engagement, and community outreach.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media analytics tools.
  • Creativity in designing promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with dentists, clinic management, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, treatments, and industry trends is a plus.
