Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Junior Manager Tiktok Strategist placement in our client in Greater Yogyakarta. The Junior Manager Tiktok Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing TikTok strategies, creating engaging content, analyzing data and trends, and optimizing TikTok campaigns to drive business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media strategy, with a specific focus on TikTok.
- Has a portfolio of successful TikTok campaigns, both organic and paid ads.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with engaging storytelling skills in both languages.
- A deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, content trends, short video formats, and features such as effects, sounds, and TikTok Shop.
- Experienced in using monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or Meltwater to track trends and campaign effectiveness.
- Proficient in TikTok Ads Manager, including managing ads for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Familiar with advertising strategies such as in-feed ads, top view ads, brand takeovers, and spark ads.
- Skilled in using editing applications like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects to create high-quality content.
Job Description:
- Develop and analyze marketing strategies on TikTok to increase sales.
- Analyze TikTok content strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and ensure alignment with the target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas that need development.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement, provide data-driven recommendations to enhance performance, and evaluate campaign success.
- Monitor the budget and optimize paid search, display, social media, and other performance-based campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and revenue.
- Analyze sales strategies, planning, and implementation to achieve KPIs.
- Act as a liaison between the company and TikTok.
