  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Primary customer touchpoint from before until after sales services (give recommendations, handle questions, handle return).
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout Mine. online channels (response to chat, reply to reviews, etc).
  • Coordinate and implement Mine's marketing and sales activities together with the Marketing team.
  • Assist in Social Media activity (interact with customers via social media, handle KOL/affiliate, handle livestream)
  • Reporting and Coordination.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate from any major (final year student with no classes to attend are welcome to apply).
  • Beauty and perfume enthusiast with strong interest in the social and digital place.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven, efficient, and can work under pressure.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Willing to do shift and hybrid policy (Tangerang Selatan).
  • Able to join ASAP.
